California Delays Stay or Pay Law, Adds Changes via AB 1697

Newsom signed AB 1697, delaying the effective date of California's Stay or Pay law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 16608; Lab. Code § 926) and making further changes, so employers and plaintiffs' counsel must re-map enforceability timing.
