Spain Transposes EU Working Conditions Directive Via Royal Decree 723/2026
A new Spanish royal decree published on 15 September transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1152 and repeals Royal Decree 1659/1998, imposing fresh information duties on employers from 5 October 2026.
