UK Information Commissioner's Office renamed under Data (Use and Access) Act
From 30 September 2026 the Information Commissioner's Office became the Information Commission's Office, a renaming the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 frames as shared collective responsibility for data protection enforcement.
