California Pay Data Filings Shift to SOC Categories for May 2027

The 2026-data report due May 12, 2027 is the first requiring 23 SOC-based job categories instead of 10 EEO-1 groups, and SB 1237 lifts repeat-failure penalties to up to $1,000 per employee from Jan. 1, 2027.
