Texas Comptroller Proposes Stripping Marketplace Fees From Taxable Data Services

A Sept. 30, 2026 executive order directs a proposed Rule 3.330 amendment that would end sales tax on marketplace and platform fees, but it is only at the proposal stage and current collection duties remain in force.
