US Lifts Sudan Sanctions, Key Restrictions Remain

OFAC has removed Sudanese Sanctions Regulations from the Code of Federal Regulations, but exports of agricultural commodities, medicine and medical devices still require OFAC licensing due to Sudan's State Sponsors of Terrorism designation.
