NAIC Advances AG 48 to Regulate Captive XXX/AXXX Reserve Financing

The NAIC is finalizing Actuarial Guideline 48 to address captive insurance companies used to finance XXX and AXXX reserve requirements, with adoption expected by year-end 2014.
