AFRC and SFC sign new MoU on Hong Kong financial reporting oversight

Hong Kong's Accounting and Financial Reporting Council and the SFC signed a new MoU on 28 September 2026, replacing the SFC's 2021 arrangement with the former FRC to tighten coordination on audit and market conduct.
