SEC Gives Immediate Effect to Nasdaq's $4 Minimum Initial-Listing Price Rule

The SEC posted notice on October 7 that Nasdaq's amendment to Listing Rule 5505, imposing a $4 minimum price for initial listings on the Nasdaq Capital Market, is effective immediately.
