Texas Comptroller Proposes Stripping Platform Fees from Data Processing Tax

A September 30, 2026 executive order directs a proposed amendment to 34 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.330 stripping marketplace and platform fees from taxable data processing services, but it is not adopted and current obligations stand.
