NYDFS and Wyoming Division of Banking sign digital asset oversight MOU

New York and Wyoming regulators agreed on October 1 to a memorandum of understanding on coordinating supervision of virtual currency and digital asset activity, adding a multi-state dimension to digital asset oversight.
