Nasdaq Proposes Fix to Timing of $5 Million MVLS Continued Listing Rule

On October 5, 2026 the SEC published notice of a Nasdaq rule change filed September 25, 2026, meant to resolve timing uncertainty left by the stay of Nasdaq's $5 million MVLS continued listing requirement.
