FTC Chairman Tells 24 Health Systems CMS Price Rules Are No Safe Harbor

The FTC chairman wrote on Oct. 5, 2026 to 24 large healthcare services companies, saying Section 5 requires timely, accurate and complete pricing and that meeting CMS price-transparency rules is no safe harbor.
