NJ Bill Would Cut Cannabis Protections for Safety-Sensitive Workers

Proposed New Jersey Senate Bill 4685 would let employers discipline, randomly test and refuse to hire law enforcement, first responders, CDL drivers and heavy-equipment operators over off-duty recreational cannabis use.
