NYSDOL Guidance on Trapped at Work Act Before Dec. 19 Effective Date

New York guidance says the Trapped at Work Act reaches only agreements entered or amended on or after December 19, 2026, and that truly voluntary repayment programs fall outside its ban on employment promissory notes.
