EU Commission FAQs confirm ban on refined fuel exports to Russia
Commission FAQs published 23 Oct 2026 on Reg. 833/2014 Articles 3c and 3k confirm EU operators may not export refined petroleum products, including diesel and jet fuel, to Russia, and that related services are prohibited too.
