EC clears Airbus/Air France JV in a procedural first on efficiencies

The Commission cleared the Airbus/Air France JV (M.11295) on 27 April 2026, published 14 October, in what the case team called the first use of a new procedural route for efficiencies - procedural, not substantive, precedent.
