Illinois Expands Workplace Protections for Menopause-Related Conditions

Illinois has enacted the Illinois Menopause Equity and Care Act (HB5284), amending the state Human Rights Act to extend workplace anti-discrimination protections to employees experiencing menopause-related conditions.
